I just had to write to tell you how satisfied my wife and I are with our new American Metal Roof along with service and treatment that we received. Our experience began with the sales representative who responded promptly to an email inquiry about your product. The sales representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Our positive experience with the company continued as the work crew began the installation of the roof. I feel that your company is very fortunate to have such a professional work crew representing American Metal Roofs. The crew that worked on our roof is the hardest working crew that I have seen in a long time. They worked in 20 degree temperatures, non-stop, for three days. They are very professional and highly skilled craftsmen. After working all day on the job, the crew cleaned up after themselves making it appear as if no work was in progress. There was never a mess around the house. I would like to say a special thank you to the crew that installed our roof.

We are very happy with the finished product. We love the look of the roof and appreciate the 40-year warranty. Now my wife and I need not worry about future roof repairs.

Kind, caring, meticulous, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to their work. It was such a nice feeling inside to drive up to our home having an outstanding team construct such a masterpiece on the top of our home.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to you and your company for the new roof that was recently installed on my home. In trying to determine the best product to use when replacing the roof on our turn-of-the century home, my wife and I considered the many different options available. Ultimately, we were looking for a roof that was consistent with the style of our house and lived up to our expectations regarding quality.

The manner in which the roof was applied to our existing roof nearly eliminated the need for any cleanup. We were thrilled that we were able to get a brand new roof with virtually no tear off.

Finally, we have been absolutely thrilled with the end product. Our new roof has added a character and style to our home that we could never have accomplished with an ordinary shingle roof. Dear Mr. Farmer,

I’m writing to you concerning the aluminum roof your company installed on my home. My wife, Janet, and I are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend American Roofs to other people. In fact, just last weekend a couple stopped by our house (people we’ve never met before) and asked us about our roof. We gave them one of your handouts and told them what wonderful work you did.

Our home is an 1865-era, brick Victorian house that still had the original tin roof when we moved in a couple years ago. Last spring, the ceiling above the foyer began to leak, and we knew we had to replace that part of the roof at least. We were concerned that the rest of the roof might start leaking as well, so we decided to replace the entire thing. But we wanted to keep the look of the original roof, and traditional shingles just wouldn’t do.

My wife did research about metal roofs, but we only found two companies that said they could install them. Well, it turned out the first company to visit our home really couldn’t do metal, so we called you next. Your representative was friendly, and even though this type of roof is more costly than regular shingles, we managed to work out a price that we could afford. Also, when your salesman found out that the material was being upgraded to a new, thicker style, he stuck with the original price, even though the new aluminum cost more than he thought. We were also impressed by your lifetime guarantee (50-year transferable if we sell the house), so that was a big factor, too.

Because of our home’s age and unusual structure (lots of weird angles and two skylights), the actual installation time lasted about two weeks, but we were okay with this because we could tell your workmen wanted to do the job right, not just quickly (it ended up being quite a learning experience for them!) The end result is fabulous! We often get compliments about the roof, and it hasn’t given us any problems at all! Thank you for helping us get a roof that looks great and tremendously increases the value of our house!

Dear Sirs,

In March of this year I saw an ad in the Flint Journal about a company installing metal roofs. I went to the Home Show at the I.M.A. in Flint and viewed the display and asked for an estimate.

Mr. Farmer came right out and did a wonderful job of describing the installation of aluminum roof and repair of my 2 solar panels. I signed a contract with them on the spot.

On May 7, 2001, the crew appeared and started the job. Today, May 8, 2001, they are almost completed with the installation.

Mr. Farmer said they were professional workers. They exceed my expectations. They are the most courteous and professional workers I have witnessed.
